Gypsum Composite Sandwich Panels

The perforated Gypsum Board is composed of cylindrical holes through the front and back of the gypsum board, and the back of the gypsum board is pasted with breathable back covering materials and sound-absorbing materials that can absorb sound energy. The sound absorption mechanism is that there are a large number of small connected pores in the material. Along these pores, sound waves can go deep into the material and rub with the material to convert sound energy into heat energy.Sandwich Composite

Feature: 

1. it has wide sound absorption spectrum, high sound absorption coefficient, wider band absorption effect for low, medium and high frequency noises.

2. it is noncombustible, dust-free, strong decorative effect, simple construction and so on.                

3. Hole diameter:2.5mm;4mm;5mm                

4. Normal color: white gray,sea blue and red.                

5. It can reduce 25-30 Db noise.                

6. The width is 950mm and 1150mm                

7. The connection is groove and tongue. 

Structure: filled with glass mineral wool inside, aluminum frame, wrapped with fiberglass cloth, and covered with perforated aluminum decorative plate on the surface.
