Rock Wool Composite Sandwich Panels

Through the regular perforation on the metal plate and the combination of sound-absorbing materials in the plate, different sound-absorbing effects are produced.Rock wool Sandwich Composite can be also used for Cold formed steel buildings.

Feature: 

1. it has wide sound absorption spectrum, high sound absorption coefficient, wider band absorption effect for low, medium and high frequency noises.

2. it is noncombustible, dust-free, strong decorative effect, simple construction and so on.                

3. Hole diameter:2.5mm;4mm;5mm                

4. Normal color: white gray,sea blue and red.                

5. It can reduce 25-30 Db noise.                

6. The width is 950mm and 1150mm                

7. The connection is groove and tongue. 

Structure: filled with mineral wool inside, aluminum frame, wrapped with fiberglass cloth, and covered with perforated aluminum decorative plate on the surface.
